With little available natural light, the focus was to be a dynamic interior design, primarily housing a pool table and video lounge. Every duct and pipe protruding into the space was wrapped and made into an architectural feature. The effects of little light and a low ceiling were eliminating by capturing the space between the floor joists above. Custom millwork was designed in the entry corridor and lounge, creating a rhythm of storage cubes along the primary walls.
