The existing ranch with a basement was one of the earlier houses in the Country Club Hills. The decision to add a new steep roof and build new space within the eaves seemed to fit best into the neighborhood. Dormers were added to supplement the second storey space and add detail to the striking new top. A new Family Room was also added to the back, taking advantage of a spectacular yard in the middle of this wonderful older neighborhood.
